Birding at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon
An afternoon spent enjoying clear views of the Grand Canyon from the South Rim, and some birding east from El Tovar along the trails to the Ampitheatre, and west to the Lookout Studio. Among the birds photographed were a trio of endangered California Condors. Pictured here is #123 (23), a male born 5/20/95 at the Los-Angeles Zoo.
